- Attractive payment plans and functional design schemes were showcased to over 80 guests

Dubai, 22 May 2016: As part of an ongoing strategic sales drive in partnership with Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Jumeirah Golf Estates has co-hosted a second partnered event with the leading financial institution to showcase its community and real estate proposition to interested end-users and investors.

The event, which was attended by 80 of ADIB’s clients, showcased Jumeirah Golf Estates’ Redwood Park – a community of 75 three and four-bedroom premium townhouses. The development recently reached a 65 percent construction milestone, according to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, in line with the construction progress plan.

Focusing on the development’s attractive payment plans, with 50 percent due within a 24-month period following handover, Redwood Park is being constructed in two phases, with phase one of development scheduled for completion in H2 2016, and the entire development pegged for completion in H2 2017.

Speaking at the event, Abdulaziz Bukhatir, Executive Director, Jumeirah Golf Estates said, “We see strong potential to market Jumeirah Golf Estates in partnership with Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – with its clients and account holders seeking the same level of superior quality in a home, as they receive in their banking experience.”

Redwood Park offers two distinctive and functional design schemes, providing the perfect canvas for investors to decorate their dream home. The Choi design is elegant and minimalistic with light greyish tones perfectly suited to the 3 bedroom townhouses; whilst the Cabrera design is modern and timeless, with classic details and warm, elegant tones.

With prices starting from AED 2.97 million, attractive payments plans, competitive rental yields and strong capital appreciation, Redwood Park was well received by attendees at the event for its elegance and aesthetics that are a hallmark of Jumeirah Golf Estates.
